Peace Tube Sails at NY Boat Show

In a historic first, attendees to New York's longest running boat show, embraced a twelve inch tube that Victor Mooney, a devout Catholic of Queens will carry aboard the Spirit of Malabo – a twenty-four foot ocean rowboat, during his 5,000 mile row from Las Palmas, Canary Islands to Brooklyn later this month.

With the support from JewishPrintingUSA.com, Victor Mooney, AIDS crusader, was able to receive the text Shalom and Never Forget in Hebrew, which was printed on vinyl letters to a 12 inch metal tube. This tube will symbolize the Peace that we all pray for in this world, but also to remind us Never Forgot our history.

Recording Artist King Charles Releases Tribute Song For Nelson Mandela

King Charles, the London-based son of a former South African student activist,has written and released'Lov Madiba'a tribute to the legacy of the late leader Nelson Mandela featuring Katie Melua and vocalist Shingai Shoniwa of the Noisettes. All net proceeds of the recording will benefit the Nelson Mandela's Children Fund, a South African-based charitable organization founded by the great leader.
