Stage and screen superstar Neil Patrick Harris lends his characteristic charm to a spectacular new holiday showstopper set to be featured on the broadcast of Disney Park's CHRISTMAS DAY PARADE, filmed last week, and a new behind the scenes featurette offers us a further glimpse into the creation of the Christmas celebration.

After 208 episodes told over nine seasons, the story of how Ted Mosby ultimately meets his children's mother will conclude with a special one-hour series finale on Monday, March 31 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). The How I Met Your Mother finale will be followed immediately by the series premiere of the new comedy FRIENDS WITH BETTER LIVES (9:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT).

Cast members from Newsies, the Tony Award® winning new American musical, will appear with Neil Patrick Harris in the opening number of the 2013 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade. The original song, 'Are You Ready For Christmas?,' is staged by Newsies' Tony Award winning choreographer, Christopher Gattelli and written by David Javerbaum ('The Daily Show,' Cry-Baby) and Adam Schlesinger ('Fountains of Wayne,'Cry-Baby), who have previously penned tunes for Neil Patrick Harris' hosting turns on The Tony Awards and The Emmy Awards. The highly acclaimed show NOTHING TO HIDE, produced by Werner Entertainment and Ostar Productions, has recouped its full $400,000 capitalization costs in only eight weeks of performances. NOTHING TO HIDE, which plays in a 150-seat house, has already grossed over $1 million in ticket sales. This is a remarkable achievement for an off-Broadway show. It seems everything is coming up Jinkx lately. What with winning "RuPaul's Drag Race", a sold out run of his "Vaudevillians" show in New York, and his award winning performance of "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" here in Seattle (click here for my review of last January's production), Jerick Hoffer (a.k.a. Jinkx Monsoon) has a lot to crow about. And now with three upcoming shows in December (including a remount of the aforementioned "Hedwig"), it seems Jinkx is taking over the Holidays as well. I recently had a conversation with Jerick in between his many rehearsals to see how his whirlwind life has been going since the win.

Fuse, the national music television network of The Madison Square Garden Company, announced today that Funny Or Die's Billy On The Street, starring comedian Billy Eichner, will return for a brand new season on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 11:00 p.m. ET. In 10 new, half-hour episodes, Billy Eichner will run rampant through the streets of New York City, quizzing unsuspecting pedestrians on their knowledge of music and pop culture.

Ryan Murphy took to Twitter today to announce that the entire original cast of FOX's GLEE has been invited to return for the 100th episode of the series, airing Tuesday, March 18, 2014.
