Producers Scott Sanders Productions, Roy Furman, Oprah Winfrey, David Babani, and Tom Siracusa just announced complete casting for this fall's highly anticipated production of THE COLOR PURPLE, directed by Tony Award winner John Doyle.

Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig, lead producers of Kinky Boots, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony® Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy® Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony® Award-winner for Best Score for Kinky Boots), have announced casting for the second year of the first national tour.

The box office for the highly anticipated production of THE COLOR PURPLE will open on Tuesday, October 6 at 10:00am at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th street).

Disney Theatrical Productions will welcome six new principal cast members to the North American tour of Disney's NEWSIES: Joey Barreiro as 'Jack Kelly,' Morgan Keene as 'Katherine,' Aisha de Haas as 'Medda Larkin,' Stephen Michael Langton as 'Davey' and John Michael Pitera and Ethan Steiner alternating the role of 'Les.'  These new cast members, aside from Pitera, will begin performances at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford on Tuesday, October 13.  Pitera will debut at the Providence Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, October 20.

?On Your Feet!, the new Broadway musical based on the life story of seven-time GRAMMY winning international superstar Gloria Estefan and her husband, nineteen-time GRAMMY winning producer-musician-entrepreneur Emilio Estefan. On Your Feet! opens on Broadway on Thursday, November 5, 2015, following preview performances beginning tonight, October 5, 2015 at the Marquis Theatre.

Andrew Lloyd Webber announced today the complete cast for School of Rock - The Musical, which will have its World Premiere on Broadway.  Based on the smash hit 2003 film of the same title, School of Rock will feature music from the movie, as well as an original score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Glenn Slater, with a book by Julian Fellowes and direction by Laurence Connor (currently represented on Broadway by Les Miserables). Previews will begin on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway), with an opening set for Sunday, December 6, 2015.
