The New York Philharmonic will present Pixar in Concert, a program illustrating Pixar's mastery of film scoring to underscore its celebrated storytelling. Clips from all 14 Pixar films released to date - the Toy Story trilogy; A Bug's Life; Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University; Finding Nemo; The Incredibles; Cars and Cars 2; Ratatouille; Wall·E; UP; and Brave - will be screened as the Orchestra performs the music live, led by film composer and conductor David Newman. The concerts take place tonight, May 1, 2014, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, May 2 at 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday, May 3 at 8:00 p.m.

'Cabin Fever' is the thrilling story of Larry and Fran. They are both married, just not to each other. They fall in love, yet struggle to remain faithful to their spouses. Fran is a beautiful, younger woman who has fun walking the edge of danger. Larry must continually rescue her, particularly when she is taken by the drug cartel. Larry is an older man, wise in the ways of the world, but seems to have one fatal weakness. As Fran teeters on the edge of death Larry must figure out how to save her, without getting them both killed.
The author states that the action is nonstop and is exciting all the way to the final page.

His thirty-five-year career has been in writing technical documents for the defense industry. By profession he is a mechanical engineer P.E. (Retired). He lives in Arlington, TX, with his beautiful wife Linda. He is surrounded by a whole passel of Grand Kids. He has spent much of his free time in the mountains of New Mexico doing research for this book.

This historical novel will take you to the old Santa Fe Trail and lead you all through New Mexico.
'Phantom Canyon' is a western story about four brothers, one is lost in the canyon and the other three are searching for him, circa 1850. The youngest brother, Bucky is lost and running. Sam, the oldest brother, does not know whom his brother is running from or what might be chasing him. The bandits believe that the brothers are carrying gold and begin to chase the brothers. The U. S. Army Calvary is chasing the bandits.
Newman has a writing style that the action is nonstop and the story is exciting all the way to the booming climax.
