On Sunday, May 2, Crash Landing Theater presents the return of CRIP SLAM--a collection of short plays by 8 disabled writers and one token walkie. Nine selected Chicago writers have just a few days to write a five-minute scene in response to a challenging prompt. The writers cast the scenes from a pool of actors who have less than an hour to rehearse. No directors involved.

Actor Bobby Steggert who plays Mother's Younger Brother in the musical revival fields regular questions and messages of support from fans on the show's supposed demise.
