Nine selected Chicago writers have just a few days to write a five-minute scene in response to a challenging prompt. The writers cast the scenes from a pool of actors who have less than an hour to rehearse. No directors involved.

Yet despite slow ticket sales, no closing date has been posted and a marketing strategy is in place for January, as reported in the New York Times.
