Andrea Rosen Gallery Presents Michael St. John's COUNTRY LIFE, Today

Andrea Rosen Gallery is delighted to present Michael St. John's third Gallery 2 exhibition. Titled Country Life, the exhibition unites St. John's consistent interest in the representation of common, everyday experience with a diligent, but often playful, formal practice. It opens just before the release of St. John's first major monograph, published by Karma.

Michelle Federer, Eric Leviton, et al. Set for HOW DEEP IS THE OCEAN at NYMF

The 2012 New York Musical Theatre Festival presents the world premiere of How Deep Is The Ocean?, a new American musical with music and lyrics by Peter Cincotti ("Metropolis"), book by Pia Cincotti, and directed by Jeremy Dobrish (Rated P, Date of a Lifetime, The Joys of Sex, Signs of Life) and Gina Rattan (resident director, Billy Elliott). How Deep Is The Ocean? plays July 12th at 8:00pm, July 14 at 1:00pm, July 16 at 9:00pm, July 19th at 5:00 pm, July 19 at 9:00pm, and July 21 at 1:00pm at The Theater at St. Clements (423 W. 46th Street).

After a year-long sabbatical, 7Eleven Gallery -- known for inviting artists to experiment and exhibit work in unused NYC real estate -- will reopen this Thursday, January 12 in a new space located on 711 Washington St. debuting the work of over 20 artists.

Allen, Jacoby, Dean, Carbone & More Set for Concert to Benefit Haiti Relief, 3/28

Join us for an evening of entertainment with performances graciously donated by the greats of Jazz and Broadway, including Jazz pianist Geri Allen. Geri is the winner of numerous awards, including the JAZZPAR Prize, the Benny Golson Award, and the African American Classical Music Award. In addition, she earned a Grammy nomination for her original orchestration of 'American Song' by Andy Bey.

'THREE JOISEY TENORS' Sing at Bickford Starting 1/29

The Bickford Theatre at the Morris Museum, 6 Normandy Heights Road in Morristown, NJ, is proud to present the World Premiere of a new musical comedy cabaret, Three Joisey Tenors, on Thursday, January 29, at 2 p.m. Performances continue Thursdays at 2 p.m. on February 12, March 12, March 19 and March 26. Moving from the waiting room at the NJ Dept. of Motor Vehicles to the grand concert stage of the Suds & Studs Launderama & Chop Suey Parlor, these Garden State guys prove they're willing to 'let it all hang out' as they hilariously entertain with the best of Tom Jones, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Engelbert Humperdinck, and showstoppers from Les Miserables, Guys and Dolls, West Side Story, Anything Goes, Pippin, Man of La Mancha, and much more. Three Joisey Tenors opens the Bickford Theatre's 2009 A La Carte Series and stars Christopher Budinich, David Scott Miller, and Michael St. John. All performers are NJ residents with major National Tour and Regional Theatre credits.

Sherlock Holmes' Early Years Discovered at NYMF 9/24

The New York Musical Theatre Festival and La Vie Productions proudly present Sherlock Holmes (The Early Years), a new musical comedy with music by Jared M. Dembowski, lyrics by Susannah Pearse and a book by Kate Ferguson and Robert Hudson. Sherlock Holmes (The Early Years) is directed by Nona Lloyd, has music supervision by Aaron Gandy.
