JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, premiered in Chicago initially as a limited engagement on October 5, 2007. After opening to rave reviews, adding additional performance weeks and setting four new box office records, JERSEY BOYS became a resident production on February 27, 2008. The final performance on January 10, 2010, at 2 p.m. will be the Chicago Company's 951st. The final block of tickets for performances from November 24, 2009 - January 10, 2010 will go on sale on Friday, September 11 at 10 a.m.

The new venture will encourage fans to visit StubHub when seats are no longer available at the box office. Similarly, if a fan has a ticket they cannot use for an upcoming performance, they will be encouraged to offer that ticket to other Jersey Boys fans via StubHub's safe and secure ticket exchange platform. No show tickets will be sold directly through StubHub, rather the marketplace will serve as the preferred destination for secondary sales. This unique partnership is the first of its kind for a Broadway production and includes all North American Jersey Boys productions, including both open-ended and touring engagements.

Through its ongoing development series for playwrights, 'Botanicum Seedlings,' The Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum presents public readings of new works on June 7, 14 and 21. The plays presented are Robin Rice Lichtig's The Power of Birds on June 7, How to Shoot a Bull Moose by Jonathan A. Goldberg on June 14, and Michael David's Awake on June 21. The playreadings take place Sundays at 11 am, and admission is free.
