American Stage Theatre Company's new Cabaret Series performed in the Susan R. Hough performance space in the Raymond James Theatre continues with four new productions in June, THE REAL LIFE OF A YUMMY MUMMY, LOVE WITH THE LIGHTS ON and the return of THE DUMB SHOW.

Según ha confirmado Warner Music Spain a través de su web oficial, el próximo 18 de Mayo saldrá a la venta el álbum de debut de Daniel Diges, que estará producido por el productor y compositor Óscar Gómez. Inicialmente estaba prevista su puesta a la venta el día 11, pero los preparativos de Eurovisión han obligado a retrasarla. El álbum, que llevará por título 'Daniel Diges', está compuesto en su gran mayoría por el propio artista, excepto algunas adaptaciones de temas de cantantes de la talla de Michael Buble, Billy Joel o Robbie Williams, entre otros.

Spencer Day announces his residency at the iconic Upright Cabaret on March 11th, 18th, 25th and April 1st. Drawing vocal comparisons to Michael Buble and John Mayer, and his compositions to those of Cole Porter, Paul Simon and Rufus Wainwright, Spencer Day's residency will feature performances from his adventurous album Vagabond (Concord Records), currently a Billboard Top 10 Contemporary Jazz Album, as well as past favorites from previous releases. A night with a number of surprises rounded out the final separation of the guys and girls, as America found out the twelve contestants that will make up the finals of "American Idol." Each of the contestants sent home this evening had standout performance within the past three weeks and many contestants who did make it through were shocked at their fate.

In a year where 'Idol' is clearly pushing for a female winner, the first performances by the top twelve women was quite a letdown. Even the judges seemed to notice a rather lackluster group of performances from each of the twelve female finalists, with Simon seemingly growing more and more frustrated as the night went on. There were few bright spots in the evening that should have been a step up from the final performance in Hollywood, but none of the contestants progressed, with many of them taking a step backward on the first night.

Susan Boyle to Sing 'Everybody Hurts' on Simon Cowell's Haiti Charity Single; Additional Stars Added

Earlier last week it was announced that Simon Cowell would helm a charity single Live Aid-style with proceeds going to the relief efforts in Haiti.
International musicians are rallying to assist with the charity record, including Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, and Jon Bon Jovi (as announced by Perez Hilton yesteday), joining the previously announced Michael Buble, Rod Stewart and Leona Lewis. People Magazine reported that UK sensation Susan Boyle has also signed on to participate and is expected to record a version of REM's 'Everybody Hurts.'
