Ars Nova (Jason Eagan, Artistic Director; Renee Blinkwolt, Managing Director) proudly announces the lineup for its 7th Annual ANT Fest. This year's festival of All New Talent runs from June 2 - 28, featuring fresh new work from some of New York's most exciting emerging artists. From epic rock opera to sexy shadow puppetry, 2014's ANT Fest heats up Ars Nova this summer with four weeks of comedy, music, theater and a fusion of all three you won't see anywhere else.
Thom Fogarty will direct the Premeire of THE CAROLE BAYER SAGER PROJECT: ALBUM ONE, which will be presented January 17th and 18th in two different venues, presented by 360REPCO. Performance stars Crystal Rona Peterson as "Carole" and Jenny Selig and Micah Bucey as "The Carolettes", with Musical Direction by Michael Conley. The entire evening was was created and directed Thom Fogarty.
The 15th season of Brand:NEW FallFestival of New Work, from October 23 - 27, will feature readings of six remarkably varied new works, including two plays by Aetna New Voices Fellows; a special appearance by Tony Award-winner Priscilla Lopez; a musical-comedy; and an adaptation of one of the most-produced contemporary plays in Europe today, according to Maxwell Williams, Hartford Stage's Associate Artistic Director, and Elizabeth Williamson, Senior Dramaturg and Director of New Play Development.
