The visits have been a part of an effort by the show's production team to gain a deeper understanding regarding the life experience of young adults with Asperger's, their families, and their educators. The Barrymore Theatre box office opens tomorrow, Wednesday, July 23, for tickets to the National Theatre production of THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME, the acclaimed new play by Simon Stephens, adapted from Mark Haddon's best-selling novel, directed by Tony Award-winner Marianne Elliott, which will arrive on Broadway September 10. The production officially opens on Sunday, October 5 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street).

International Voices Project 2014 Set for 4/7-29

International Voices Project (IVP) will present the fifth season presenting a series of play readings by playwrights from around the world. The series is presented in collaboration with consulates and cultural institutions throughout Chicago. The 2014 engagement's represented countries include Austria, Norway, Uganda, Sweden, Germany, Canada, Egypt and Chile. The readings take place at the Victory Gardens Biograph Theater, McVeigh Theatre - I think we are supposed to add that - 2433 N. Lincoln Ave, April 7 - 29 Monday and Tuesday nights at 7:30 p.m. A reception follows each evening's readings. The International Voices Project is the largest event of its kind in the country and introduces Chicago audiences to some of the most exciting voices on the international theater scene. BWW Reviews: Yale Rep's STREETCAR Driven By the Women Jumps Stanley Off the Track

As directed by Mark Rucker and fueled by a strong performance by Sarah Sokolovic as Stella and a fascinating characterization by Rene Augusen that takes Blanche utra deep, this production ends up being more of a study of the relationship between the sisters. Stanley, despite the display of his very finely chiseled abs and physique several times, seems to have fallen off this streetcar.
