Audiences have four weeks left to see a major West End revival of Moliere's classic comedy The Miser.

Sean Foley (The Painkiller) directs Griff Rhys Jones and Lee Mack in an adaptation of Moliere's classic comedy The Miser at London's Garrick Theatre. Adapted by Foley and Phil Porter, The Miser is the rip-roaring comedy from one of France's greatest dramatists. A major revival that is sure to rock the West End, The Miser begins previews on March 1st, with an official opening on March 13th 2017.

Matthew Bourne's acclaimed new production of THE RED SHOES had its Sadler's Wells press night this week and a special gala performance last night. The show runs until 29 January, 2017.

Full casting has today been announced for a major West End revival of Moliere's classic comedy The Miser. The full cast, which includes Mathew Horne, join previously announced Griff Rhys Jones who returns to the West End stage after a five year absence and Lee Mack who makes his West End debut.

The Mono Box today confirms that it will host a fundraising gala, Lifting the Lid, on 7 June 2016. The event will feature performances from Mathew Horne, Joseph Marcell, Patrick Marber and more, as well as an auction with prizes including signed memorabilia from Sally Hawkins and Zoe Wanamaker.

To coincide with Ayub Khan Din's critically acclaimed hit play East is East, directed by Sam Yates, and starring Jane Horrocks and Ayub Khan Din himself, there will be a range of Traf Extra events including a panel discussion on Diversity And The Arts and Stories Unplugged: An Open Mic Night, with further events announced in due course.

BAFTA winning and Golden Globe nominated actor James McAvoy (Filth, The Last King of Scotland, Atonement, X-Men) returns to Trafalgar Transformed, following his performance in Jamie Lloyd's Macbeth, which launched the first Trafalgar Transformed season and earned him an Olivier award nomination for Best Actor, and for the production a nomination for Best Revival. McAvoy will play Jack, the 14th Earl of Gurney, in the first revival of Peter Barnes' satirical comedy, The Ruling Class, directed by Artistic Director, Jamie Lloyd. The production runs from 16 January to 11 April 2015, with press night on 27 January. Design is by Soutra Gilmour, with lighting by Jon Clark and sound by Ben and Max Ringham.

Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is currently transforming its Front of House areas by installing a number of stylish lounges and concept bars. Having invested more than £3 million in the roll out of 22 Ambassador Lounges and 10 premium bars so far, ATG has planned a further investment of £600,000 by the end of 2014.

This hilarious and ever-pertinent modern classic about growing up in multiracial England will star the multi award-winning stage and screen actress Jane Horrocks (Young Vic's Annie Get Your Gun,Sunshine on Leith, The Rise And Fall Of Little Voice, Absolutely Fabulous) as Ella Khan, one of the greatest female roles written for modern theatre.

The Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG) today announces that an agreement has been reached for global private equity firm Providence Equity Partners to become a major shareholder in the company, having successfully reached agreement for its seventh fund to purchase a majority share from current investors led by Exponent Private Equity.
