Target to Expand Beauty Concierge Program in Chicago Area
Building off its “Expect More. Pay Less.” brand promise, Target announced that it will expand its Beauty Concierge program to 41 Chicagoland stores on May 24. The Target Beauty Concierge originally launched in 28 stores in the Chicago area in July 2012 and its success spurred the program's growth.
