One of the most famous musicals in the world, MAMMA MIA! arrives in Brazil for a season at Teatro Abril, presented by Bradesco Seguros e Previdência, and co-sponsorship Cielo and Telefonica. A smash hit that has been translated into 14 different languages including Japanese, Italian, Swedish, Korean, Danish, French, German, Spanish and Russian, MAMMA MIA! will now come to Brazil in a Portuguese language version to be presented in Sao Paulo beginning next November 10th (premiere guests) and November 11th (general public).

The international tour of MAMMA MIA! is coming to Cork for the first time and will play at the Marquee Cork for two weeks only from 20th July 2010. Tickets start at €39.20.

Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!, the smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, returns to PPAC just in time for the holiday season! Roman Polanksi will direct a film version of French playwright Yasmina Reza's Tony Award-winning play GOD OF CARNAGE, the AFP reports.

The website reports: '[China Arts and Entertainment Group] CAEG, which promotes Chinese-language productions of musical theatre masterpieces, signed the licensing agreement [with European music company Littlestar] at a ceremony in Beijing on Wednesday (June 2, 2010), and is now set to produce 'Mamma Mia!' 13th foreign-language version, following its original English...Zhang Yu, president of CAEG, said 'Mamma Mia!' will be the first worldwide musical masterpiece to be produced in Chinese...'
