The Great British Bake Off host MEL GIEDROYC and comedy actress favourite CAROLINE QUENTIN join the already star studded cast of NEW SONGS 4 NEW SHOWS giving the West End a unique experience of seeing star performances of songs from four new musicals, in this one off Gala Concert at the Lyric Theatre Shaftesbury Avenue on MONDAY 28 NOVEMBER at 7.30pm produced by musical theatre production company The Stable.
Amanda Holden, Angela Griffin, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Tamzin Outhwaite and Nicola Stephenson will be Stepping Out in the West End when Richard Harris's award-winning comedy opens at London's Vaudeville Theatre with preview performances from 1 March 2017 and opening night for press on 14 March 2017.
The star cast of New Songs 4 New Shows includes: Douglas Hodge (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), Gemma Whelan (Game Of Thrones), Haydn Gwynne (Threepenny Opera), jazz supremo Ian Shaw, Alex Gaumond (We Will Rock You), sublime tenor Hal Cazalet and singer/songwriter Gwyneth Herbret (The A-Z Of Mrs. P).
Scarlett Strallen will return to the Menier Chocolate Factory to lead the company of SHE LOVES ME this Christmas. The production reunites Strallen with director Matthew White, following their previous collaboration at the Menier on Candide. The production opens on 7 December, with previews from 25 November, and runs until 5 March 2017.
Following rave reviews earlier this week Sonia Friedman, Colin Callender and Harry Potter Theatrical Productions, producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, announced that a further 250,000 tickets will be released for sale next week on Thursday 4 August 2016 at 11am BST, booking through to 10 December 2017. Tickets are priced from £15 per part and for every performance there will be 300 tickets at £20 or less per part.

From Saturday 30 July to Sunday 7 August, Good Chance will find a London home on Festival Terrace at Southbank Centre's annual Festival of Love. Entitled ENCAMPMENT, the project will unite artists from the UK, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Cameroon and Guinea. Across nine days and nights, a sweeping programme of performances and events will take place inside the iconic Good Chance Dome, direct from the Calais 'Jungle' refugee camp.
Live At Ze?del, Brasserie Ze?del's new music and entertainment concept, has released details of its exciting Autumn season. Launching in September 2016, the new programme will kick off with an official partnership with The Philharmonia Orchestra and the appointment of Scott Alan, as Artistic Director In Residence. The Off-Broadway cast recording of the new Bock and Harnick musical, Rothschild & Sons, an intimate reimagining of the Tony nominated musical The Rothschilds, will be recorded and released by JAY Records. Produced by John Yap, the recording will feature the original cast of The York Theatre Company production who will gather at The Avatar Studios on Monday, October 26, 2015 to lay down the tracks for the recording scheduled for release on JAY Records in early January. Executive Producers are John Yap and Arnold Mittelman.
