The Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy's Percent for Art Program and Philadelphia International Airport have announced the completion of YOU ARE HERE, a new public art work by Ellen Harvey and Jan Baracz. The artist team, both based in New York City, joined City and Airport officials for the official dedication of the artwork and the terminal improvements earlier today. Their work is located on the glass curtain wall of the vibrant new Terminal F HUB. This commission furthers the Airport's goal to create dynamic visual landmarks, providing a memorable experience for travelers at Philadelphia International Airport.

Paper Mill Playhouse will continue its 75th Anniversary Season with the classic Charles Dickens musical Oliver!, with a holiday 'twist' for the entire family. With a book, music and lyrics by Lionel Bart, Oliver! will be directed by Paper Mill Playhouse Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee with original choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. Oliver! will feature David Garrison (Fagin), best known for his role as Steve Rhoades on the hit television series Married...with Children, Betsy Morgan (Nancy), John Treacy Egan (Mr. Bumble), Jose Llana (Bill Sikes), David Hess (MR. Brownlow), Ethan Haberfield (Artful Dodger) and introducing Tyler Moran as Oliver. Oliver! will also feature 16 local boys from across the state of New Jersey who auditioned from a pool of over 200. Oliver! will play the Millburn, New Jersey theater from tonight, November 21 through December 29. The official press opening night is Sunday, December 1, 2013, at 7:00pm.

According to Deadline, the studio's planned reboot of the Marvel franchise has been bumped from its original March 6, 2015 release to June 19. Produced by Matthew Vaughn, the film will be directed by Josh Trank, and features a reworked script by Simon Kinberg.

This season, the Art Institute of Chicago invites visitors to feast their eyes on the rich tradition of food in American art with the opening of the major exhibition Art? and Appetite: American Painting, Culture, and Cuisine.Exploring the many meanings and interpretations of eating in America, Art and Appetite--on view from today, November 12, 2013 through January 27, 2014 in the museum's Regenstein Hall --brings together 100 paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts from the 18th through the 20th century to demonstrate how depictions of food have allowed American artists to both celebrate and critique everything from the national diet to society and politics. Following its premiere at the Art Institute, Art ?and Appetite: American Painting, Culture, and Cuisine will travel to the Amon Carter Museum of American Art in Fort Worth, Texas (February 22-May 18, 2014).

'Holiday Lights in Homewood' weekend festival celebrates the season with a tree lighting ceremony, outdoor marketplace, unique shopping opportunities and a free synthetic ice skating rink on December 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. and December 7 from 12 to 8 p.m. Homewood is also proud to launch 'Holiday Pop-Up Shops' where indie-craft vendors take over empty storefronts every Saturday November 30 through December 21. In addition, Homewood announces the premiere of a window walking tour with a 'Winter Wonderland' theme created by professional window designer, Margot Hallahan, whose designs have been seen at former Marshal Fields and Navy Pier. Getting into the spirit of Halloween, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre opened its 2013-2014 season with Frederick Knott's tale of intrigue Dial M for Murder. Unlike the classic whodunit mystery, however, the play revolves not on solving the crime but on watching the main character squirm as he tries to get away with murder.
