Michele Selene Ang, Enid Graham, Lizbeth Mackay, Crystal Lucas-Perry, and Ruibo Qian star in the LCT3/Lincoln Center Theater production of Bull in a China Shop, a new play by Bryna Turner, directed by Lee Sunday Evans. Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of Linda, a new play by Penelope Skinner (The Ruins of Civilization at MTC, The Village Bike) directed by MTC's award-winning Artistic Director Lynne Meadow (The Assembled Parties, Wit), opens tonight, February 28, 2017 at MTC at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street).

A friendly reminder! Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of Linda, a new play by Penelope Skinner (The Ruins of Civilization at MTC, The Village Bike) directed by MTC's award-winning Artistic Director Lynne Meadow (The Assembled Parties, Wit), opens tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28 at MTC at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street). Performances of the limited engagement began Tuesday February 7.

Stage Kiss by Sarah Ruhl, winner of the 2016 Steinberg Distinguished Playwright Award and a MacArthur 'genius' grant, will be directed by Courtney O'Connor at the Lyric Stage Company of Boston, opening February 26 and running through March 26, 2017. Previews begin February 24.

Dallas Theater Center (DTC), in collaboration with Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts and Ignite/Arts Dallas, and in affiliation with New York City-based The Public Theater's Public Works and AT&T Performing Arts Center, announced details for Public Works Dallas, a groundbreaking community engagement and participatory theater project designed to deliberately blur the line between professional artists and Dallas community members.

Marin Theatre Company is honored to co-produce a staged reading of Jeff Cohen's The Soap Myth with the Marin Academy today, February 21 at 7:00pm starring the incomparable Ed Asner and Tovah Feldshuh. After last year's successful production at MTC, Marin Academy approached MTC about bringing Mr. Cohen's story to a wider community, most importantly the Academy's student body. The organizations are thrilled to join forces in re-staging this work, with playwright Cohen, Mr. Asner and Ms. Feldshuh on board.

These people cannot understand why anyone would act irrationally, especially when they know that what they are doing is not good for them. This show is not for those people.

Tafelmusik, Canada's renowned and internationally lauded Baroque orchestra, will tour the United States with J.S Bach: The Circle of Creation, a multi-media celebration of the genius of Bach. Created by Alison Mackay, J.S. Bach: The Circle of Creation combines text, music, and projected video and images to explore the world of the artisans – papermakers, violin carvers, string spinners, and performers – who helped J.S. Bach realize his musical genius. The Circle of Creation blends 21st-century technology with an exploration of the tradition and skill of old world craftspeople and artisans.

In light of its first performance, LINDA has announced its Digital Rush and Student Rush policies.
