This world premiere commissioned by Know Theatre pairs an original tale from the writers behind Know's Saturday the 14th (2015) and We Will Rise: Stories from the Afghan Women's Writing Project (2012 & 2014) with music and lyrics from Paul Strickland, local fringe favorite and author of The Trailer Park Trilogy (2013-2016), My Messed Upera (2016), and co-author of Andy's House of [blank] (2015).
Two Triangle theatre artists, Katja Hill and Lormarev Jones, join forces on July 28 & 29, 2013 to present a pair of solo shows at Common Ground Theatre. Jones and Hill, both deeply entrenched in the Triangle theatre scene, bring their own brand of humor and insight to their productions. Each show presents its own separate theme, and will be divided by an intermission.
Common Ground Theatre (www.cgtheatre.com) is a performance and teaching space located in west Durham, offering performing arts and educational groups a flexible, well-equipped alternative space. The Theatre provides a convenient venue for Triangle audiences to experience the diversity of our area's arts and educational offerings.
