Women's Project Theater, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Lisa McNulty and Managing Director Maureen Moynihan, is thrilled to announce the complete lineup for the inaugural Pipeline Festival, showcasing the work of the celebrated WP Lab residency for playwrights, directors and producers from March 24 - April 23 at the McGinn/ Cazale Theater at Broadway & 76th Street.

The Playwrights Realm presents the world premiere of Mfoniso Udofia's SOJOURNERS, directed by Ed Sylvanus Iskandar. The production opened just last night, January 28, and runs through February 13, 2016 at The Peter Jay Sharp Theater (416 W. 42nd Street, NYC). The OBIE Award-winning NAATCO, National Asian American Theater Company, continues their 25th season with the World Premiere of Lloyd Suh's Charles Francis Chan, Jr.'s Exotic Oriental Murder Mystery. Ed Sylvanus Iskandar directs a cast that includes Jeff Biehl, Jennifer Ikeda, Peter Kim, Orville Mendoza, KK Moggie and Jeffrey Omura. This Off-Broadway limited engagement at Walker Space (46 Walker Street) opens tonight, November 2nd. Performances continue through November 21st only.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival opens its outdoor theatre the weekend of June 12-14 with Shakespeare's ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA, directed by Bill Rauch; the world-premiere musical by Jeff Whitty with music and lyrics by the Go-Go's, HEAD OVER HEELS, directed by Ed Sylvanus Iskandar; and Alexandre Dumas's THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO, directed by Marcela Lorca. The shows will close the weekend of October 9-11.

The Play Company (PlayCo), led by Founding Producer Kate Loewald and Executive Producer Lauren Weigel, will present the world premiere of writer-director Aya Ogawa's Ludic Proxy, which PlayCo commissioned after producing Ogawa's translation of Toshiki Okada's play Enjoy (2010) to acclaim.

Chautauqua Theatre Company, under the leadership of Vivienne Benesch, Artistic Director, and Sarah Clare Corporandy, Managing Director, presents William Shakespeare's magical masterwork, The Tempest, directed by Jade King Carroll, playing August 8-15 on the Bratton Theatre Mainstage. The press opening is tonight (August 9) at 6:00pm.

The Flea Theater previously announced the extension of the World Premiere of THE MYSTERIES - a radical retelling of the Bible.

Just last night, Drama Desk and Tony Award winner Laura Benanti ('The Sound of Music Live!', Gypsy, Women On The Verge of a Nervous Breakdown) hosted the 59th Annual Drama Desk Awards at The Town Hall (123 W. 43rd Street). Big winners for the night included Audra McDonald, Bryan Cranston, Jessie Mueller, and Neil Patrick Harris and Jefferson Mays- who tied for Outstanding Actor in a Musical.
