The Town Hall is pleased to announce Broadway By The Year's® 10th Anniversary Celebration - Broadway By The Year 1990-2010 on Monday, June 14th at 8PM. Since his 2006 Half Note Records release Locked & Loaded: Live at the Blue Note featuring Lovano, James Carter and the late Michael Brecker, Pope has penned a number of new works for the unique ensemble. *Note Reed's Bass Drum will open for Odean Pope's Saxophone Choir on Thursday, May 20 only from 6:30 to 7:30pm at no additional charge as a part of the Blue Note's Emerging Artist Series presented by Brother Thelonious of North Coast Brewing Company.

Chick Corea will pay tribute to one of his musical heroes with 'Further Explorations of Bill Evans,' a two-week engagement at the Blue Note in New York from May 4 - 9 and May 11 - 16. He will perform obscure compositions by Bill Evans, as well as his own new songs written in the spirit of the Bill Evans trio.
