Season One of the new web comedy 'stalkTALK' created by youngest TONY-nominated Producer in Broadway history Rachel Annette Helson will kick off the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival in New York City at 1 PM on Friday, April 29th at Quad Cinema, 34 W. 13th Street.
