Carla Hall, Bravo's 'Top Chef All Stars' participant, got in the holiday spirit today by giving some of her energy to help power the New Year at the Duracell Mobile Smart Power Lab in Madison Square Park in New York City. Carla also provided fellow pedalers with recipe cards for her holiday versions of Pumpkin Bisque and Parmesan Shortbread.
