Lincoln Center Festival, which runs from July 6 through 28, 2013 will unfold in six venues on and off the Lincoln Center campus. Music figures prominently in the 2013 Festival with international productions by an eclectic range of renowned composers, singers, musicians and directors. American Opera Projects (AOP) will present concert performances of scenes from two operas-in-development - Henry's Wife, by composer Randall Eng (pictured) and librettist Alexis Bernier, and Eichmann in Jerusalem, by composer Mohammed Fairouz and librettist David Shapiro. Henry's Wife will be presented at Manhattan School of Music's Greenfield Hall (120 Claremont Ave. @122nd St.) on Sunday, March 13 at 2:30pm, continuing a five-year relationship between AOP and Manhattan School of Music. Henry's Wife and scenes from Eichmann in Jerusalem will be presented on Sunday, March 20 at 7:00pm at South Oxford Space: 138 South Oxford Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. New York City Opera's 64th season comes to a close with its final performing weeks, beginning with the revival of Bernstein's Candide opening on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:30PM. Mark Lamos' production of Puccini's Madama Butterfly continues with Yunah Lee as Cio-Cio San on Wednesday, March 26 at 7:30PM.
