Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Below, BroadwayWorld brings you some cabaret highlights for this week as picked by our theatre editors, including: James Monroe Iglehart: How the Heck Did I Get Here?; Jason Kravits: I...A Life; Melba Moore; Brady vs. Partridge: The Bardy Bunch; and 54 Sings Grand Hotel: The 25th Anniversary Concert at 54 Below.

'Too Legit to Quit 4: Gender Bender Edition, a concert devoted to classic Broadway singing, is held May 31st at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City.

'Into Sweeney Todd's Woods' is a monster mash-up of two landmark musicals by Stephen Sondheim -- Sweeney Todd and Into the Woods -- performed by a wickedly talented cast that includes Joanna Gleason, Chip Zien and Sarah Rice. The presentation is set for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) tonight, November 1, 2014 at 6:00 PM & 8:30 PM.

Just last night, May 12, Tiffany Schleigh presented Cabaret for a Cause, a one-night-only event to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The speial event was held at Galapagos Art Space and was dedicated to Shannon Tavarez (The Lion King) (January 20, 1999-November 1, 2010). Harbor Lights is the first and only professional Equity theater company in Staten Island's history.

Students at the Young Actors' Theatre Camp (YATC) will be acting, singing and dancing their way through their winter holiday break as stars from stage and screen come to teach students attending the Young Actors' Theatre Camp, taking place December 28, 2013 - January 3, 2014. Teachers scheduled for the Winter Camp include: John Ainsworth ('American Horror Story'), Daniel Dreifuss (Oscar-nominated producer, 'No'), Emmy Frevele (Los Angeles-based choreographer), Sarah Gaboury ('Parks and Recreation'), Kevin Kent (Emcee from Teatro Zinzanni), Matt Pittenger ('Community'), Meghan Rienks (YouTube sensation; former YATC camper), Shawn Ryan ('The Mentalist,' 'America's Got Talent') and cast members from The Book of Mormon, currently playing at San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre. BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. Tonight, December 19th, Broadway Sessions will celebrate the holidays with an all-star concert event. Paige Davis (Chicago, Boeing Boeing, TLC's Trading Spaces) is set to co-host the event.

The evening of December 13th, 2013 was sparkle and jolly for all who attended the KIDS PERFORMING WHO KARE BROADWAY CHRISTMAS CONCERT at the Rockville Links Club in Rockville Centre, NY, to benefit the Cancer Center for Kids at Winthrop University Hospital. The season is upon us, and as we rush to local stores to score the best presents for our families and loved ones, we should remember those who are less fortunate. Broadway performers Krista Buccellato (Cathy Rigby's Peter Pan), Kristy Cates (WICKED), Joshua Henry (The Scottsboro Boys, Porgy and Bess, American Idiot), Eliseo Roman (In the Heights, Leap of Faith), and Jodi Stevens (Jekyll and Hyde, Urban Cowboy) have teamed up with the non profit theatrical group of young thespians from the tri state area - Kids Performing Who Kare. Together they will do their best to spread holiday cheer in the season of giving during its Broadway Christmas concert and dinner.
