ABC continues its commitment to distinctive storytelling with the announcement of its 2016-17 slate of programming, including the addition of nine new series. Channing Dungey, president, ABC Entertainment, will unveil the network's new lineup to the advertising and media communities this afternoon at Lincoln Center's David Geffen Hall, in New York City.

Dana Walden and Gary Newman, Chairmen and CEOs, Fox Television Group, today will unveil the FOX primetime slate for the 2016-2017 television season to the national advertising community during its annual Programming Presentation at the Beacon Theatre.

Minds Eye Entertainment, in association with Bridgegate Pictures and VMI Worldwide, have financed and green lit a six-picture production slate of sci-fi, action and thriller films.  Minds Eye Entertainment will distribute the films in North America, while VMI Worldwide will distribute the titles internationally.  The six films will also be shot for the new Barco Escape three-screen, panoramic theatrical format, which fully surrounds audiences and offers the ultimate immersive cinema experience.  Portions of the films will also be shot in Virtual Reality.

Not one for slowing down, Kiefer Sutherland will carry the momentum from his live shows to Canada this June, as he adds 11 new tour dates to his North American tour in support of his debut album, Down In A Hole

THE DUKE: BASED ON THE MEMOIR “I AM THE DUKE” BY J.P. DUKE [THE DUKE], a short film by Max Barbakow and starring SONS OF ANARCHY and THE LAST SHIP alum LaMonica Garrett, has been accepted at seven esteemed film festivals in 2016, including the Tribeca Film Festivaland in the American Pavilion at the prestigious Court Métrage (Short Film Corner) at this year's Cannes Film Festival. 

AMC today announced that it has greenlit a new anthology drama series called THE TERROR, an adaption of the bestselling novel by Dan Simmons. Scott Free, Emjag Productions and Entertainment 360 are producing the series in association with AMC Studios.
