The June 21 benefit concert of Broadway's Titanic has announced final casting and a song to make its New York debut. The benefit, which supports the New York Society for Ethical Culture (NYSEC), will take place in NYSEC's 800-seat Concert Hall, located at 2 W. 64th St. at Central Park West. Tickets, priced $15-20, are available at or by telephone at 212-352-3101. The concert is part of an evening of programming that includes a preshow talkback at 6:30, the presentation of the musical at 7:30, and a VIP reception after the performance.

JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, premiered in Chicago initially as a limited engagement on October 5, 2007. After opening to rave reviews, adding additional performance weeks and setting four new box office records, JERSEY BOYS became a resident production on February 27, 2008. The final performance on January 10, 2010, at 2 p.m. will be the Chicago Company's 951st. The final block of tickets for performances from November 24, 2009 - January 10, 2010 will go on sale on Friday, September 11 at 10 a.m.

The Chicago Tribune's Chris Jones is reporting in his 'Theater Loop', that The Bank of America Theatre in Chicago's Loop, which the hit musical JERSEY BOYS calls home, was evacuated around 9 p.m. Tuesday night after police found two suspicious boxes with notes attached in the alley outside the theater.
