A limited number of $40 tickets to the World Premiere all-star staged reading of Dustin Lance Black's new play '8' will be released for public sale at 10:00AM Monday morning, September 19, 2011. Tickets will be sold at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre (230 West 49th Street) until 6:00PM, and must be paid for by cash only. Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis and are limited to two tickets per person.

Today the American Foundation for Equal Rights, in partnership with Broadway Impact, announce the complete cast and roles for the highly anticipated one-night only staged reading of '8,' a new play chronicling the historic trial in the federal legal challenge to California's Proposition 8. The play is written by AFER Founding Board Member and Academy Award-winning writer Dustin Lance Black and will be directed by two-time Tony Award-winning actor and director Joe Mantello.

ENTER LAUGHING, The Musical, the hilarious production, is now playing at Bay Street Theatre through September 4. Due to the popularity of this show, an additional matinee has been added on Saturday, September 3 at 4 pm.

Bay Street Theatre lost power last weekend and was spared any damage to the building. The following shows were cancelled due to Hurricane Irene.

Set in 1930's, ENTER LAUGHING, The Musical tells the story of young, hapless David Kolowitz, a shop boy from the Bronx who pursues his dream of becoming a leading man on stage while facing mounting pressures from his despondent girlfriend, dismissive boss, distracted best friend, disgusted acting coach and disapproving parents.

Broadway Sings Tori: a Benefit for RAINN, will celebrate and support the work of the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network. The event will take place on Monday June 27th at 8pm at New World Stages, and will feature songs written by 10-time Grammy nominee Tori Amos, who was the first spokesperson for RAINN.

The music from Frank Wilhorn's DRACULA will finally be available to theatre fans everywhere, as GlobalVision Records has just released the Studio Cast Recording of the show. Broadway's WONDERLAND played its final performance this Sunday, May 15 at 3pm at the Marquis Theatre in front of a packed house including many Broadway notables. The show played 31 previews and 33 regular performances. WONDERLAND began previews Monday, March 21 and opened Sunday, April 17. The production will play a National tour.
