LANCE HORNE, the Emmy Award winning composer, musician, vocalist and producer, will return to Birdland Jazz Club with a special new show on Monday, October 20 at 7:00 PM as part of the 'Broadway at Birdland' series. 'Lance & the Ladies' is a musical party celebrating not only Lance's birthday but his friendships with women and his love of the female voice.

Dixon Place will present a world premiere of Creatures of Habit, choreographed by Jonathan Royse Windham to original music composed by Daniel Kazemi. Mr. Windham was recently named one of Dance Magazine's '25 to Watch.' Creatures of Habit will play for three weekends beginning tonight, October 3rd through Saturday, October 18th.

The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre, the acclaimed comedy/variety show, will return to JOE'S PUB at The Public Theater on Sunday, October 19 at 9:30 PM for the launch of its landmark 6th season. The October show will include a tribute to the Broadway and Hollywood star Julie Andrews, with special guests to be announced. Tracy Stark serves as the show's Music Director.

BAD WITH MONEY - Ben Rimalower's new play about spending beyond his means - has extended through December 2014 due to strong ticket sales. Previously scheduled to close on November 6, the show will be performed through December 18. Ben's addiction has driven him to extreme lengths all his life. In BAD WITH MONEY he charts his sometimes hilarious, sometimes harrowing struggle to overcome his problem - or get rich trying. Due to popular demand, The Public Theater has extended Bridget Everett's critically acclaimed ROCK BOTTOM at Joe's Pub to Thursday, October 16. Created by Bridget Everett, Marc Shaiman, Scott Wittman, Adam 'Ad-Rock' Horovitz, and Matt Ray, and directed by Scott Wittman, this shockingly funny and moving new show began performances on September 9 and was originally slated to close on October 11.
