New York Festival of Song (NYFOS) will present 'Here To Stay,' a Gala evening celebrating its 20th Anniversary season, featuring performances by Frederica von Stade, Susan Graham, Judy Kaye, Anna Christy, Darius de Haas, Karen Holvik, Bruce Adler, and other artists of NYFOS's past, present and future on Wednesday, May 21 Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall. Proceeds from the Gala will support NYFOS programs, in New York as well as national tours, recordings and commissions, and education programs.

Before heading to Broadway, Mark Nadler will bring his one-man comedy-in-music adventure, Russian on the Side, to the Royal George Theatre Mainstage, 1641 North Halsted Street in Chicago, for a limited eight-week engagement, April 30 - June 15, 2008. The national touring production of Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street, will begin performances at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles beginning with one preview on March 11 at 8 p.m. and is set to run through April 6.

Without auditioning or formally training in dance, Jimmy has performed in four hit musicals on Broadway.

National tour achieves all the darkness and light of John Doyle's 2005 Tony Award-winning Broadway revival

Alexander Gemignani, who treaded the dark alleys of Fleet Street as the Beadle in the Broadway revival Sweeney Todd, will portray the title role in the national tour beginning November 13, while David Hess is 'on leave from the show to recover from vocal strain,' reports the production spokespersons.
