SPRING AWAKENING's Oliver-Winning Rheon to Star in THE DEVIL INSIDE HIM

Iwan Rheon, who yesterday won the Olivier Award for Best Supporting Role in a Musical for his performance in Spring Awakening, will play Huw Prosser, the prototypical Angry Young Man, in the new production of John Osborne's lost early play The Devil Inside Him. Also joining the cast are Jamie Ballard, John Cording, Stephen Elliott, Hellen Griffin, Derek Hutchinson, Rachel Lumberg and Catrin Stewart.

Warnings is the extraordinary, site specific promenade experience of two of M.R James' most spine-chilling ghost stories. Directed by Nick Blackburn, Warnings will feature readings of A Warning to the Curious and Count Magnus in the atmospheric space of the crypt at St Pancras Church. The readings will be performed from February 16 to March 13.

New York City Opera General Manager and Artistic Director George Steel today announced the company's 2010-2011 season, which spotlights American composers and 20th-century works within a mix of world premieres, New York premieres and new productions. Offering audiences the opportunity to experience new and rarely performed operas as well as modern interpretations of traditional repertoire, the 2010-2011 season will also feature the launch of a concert series showcasing the non-operatic works of several of the composers of this season's operas. Taking advantage of the possibilities offered by the recent renovation of the company's home, the David H. Koch Theater, the concert series expands the repertoire and programming of City Opera and casts new light on the season's productions.
