Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Porter Carroll, Jr. in The Evolution of Cabaret.

Mutlu will make his headlining debut is the Murray Theatre at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Thursday, September 14 at 7:30 pm. Tickets go on sale Saturday, July 8 at 10 am. GRAMMY Museum's Music Revolution Project alumni, Ella Jet, will open the show.

With the success of his new single and video, two sold-out New York shows, a slew of strong reviews and escalating social media numbers, Frank Shiner's return to Feinstein's/54 Below couldn't have come at a better time.

On Saturday, July 8th at 7:00PM singer, songwriter, drummer, and percussionist Porter Carroll, Jr.--who is currently performing world wide in his brand new roll with the number one selling duo in music history Hall & Oates--will be bringing 'The Evolution of Cabaret' together with (Wali Muhammad (Musical Director), David Livolsi, Danny Obadia and Erik Perez) to Feinstein's/54 Below at 254 W 54TH ST. The iconic Bluebird Cafe is turning 35, and June kicks off a year of celebration with special performances, appearances, other milestones and acknowledgements. The 90-seat music venue, known for originating the songwriter 'In The Round' concept, will be the epicenter for events at the club and across the country over the next 12 months.

Catawba Valley Community College's Interdisciplinary Read Committee will host two performances March 28 by Jimmy Wayne, author of Walk to Beautiful: The Power of Love and a Homeless Kid Who Found the Way. He will appear in the Tarlton Complex at 11 a.m. and again at 6 p.m.  The Public is Invited to Attend This Free Community Event.

Porter Carroll, Jr. Singer, songwriter, drummer, percussionist and founder of Newban (later changing it's name is Atlantic Starr), the Rhythm and Blues hit machine from the 70's and 80's. As a drummer and one of four singers/creator of Atlantic Starr, Porter helped make hits that made the group and it's amazing vocals and energetic performances famous world wide. He has worked with chart topping recording artists through the years including Shania Twain, Spyro Gyra, Melba Moore, Donny Osmond, Michael Bolton, Howard Hewett, Marion Meadows and Bob Baldwin. Porter has also worked as a composer for Sony Publishing, where he evoked the heart of R & B and pop with thought provoking song arrangements, of which top artists like Luther Vandross and The Temptations have covered his much sought after compositions.
