Robert Lindsay will return to the West End stage to star in the title role of Martin Sherman's new play 'ONASSIS', which will be directed by Nancy Meckler. 'ONASSIS' will open at the Novello Theatre on Tuesday 12 October 2010, following previews from Thursday 30 September 2010. The limited London season will finish on Saturday 5 February 2011.

The season will continue with a distinguished roster of plays including the southeast premiere of 'Freud's Last Session' by Mark St. Germain, 'Dinner With Friends' by Donald Margulies and 'The Beauty Queen of Leenane' by Martin McDonagh.

Michael Riedel reports in today's New York Post that 'ONASSIS' which is set to begin performances next month in the West End, starring Tony-winner Robert Lindsay might had next to Broadway in 2011, bringing the star back to New York after 25 years.
