OX is digging up tunes and mayhem in a fundraising event tonight at The Duplex for the NYC premiere of the dark musical comedy by award-winning composer/lyricist/playwright Kit Goldstein Grant. The evening is entitled OUT OF THE BOX, and begins at 7:00 PM.

Acclaimed director Ava DuVernay's short-form film entitled “August 28: A Day in the Life of a People” will make its national television debut on Tuesday, August 28 at 7 p.m. ET/PT on OWN. Last night, fifteen Broadway stars were featured in Broadway Sings Alanis Morissette, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings concert series. The tribute concerts take the music of well-known music icons and create new, unique arrangements and orchestrations by twisting the style to fit the strength of the performer.
