The Franklin Performing Arts Company will hold auditions for its spring musical, Little Women, to be performed March 11, 2001 at 8 p.m. and March 12, 2011 at 3 p.m. (tea) at the Franklin Country Club.

Rounding out 2010's bumper crop of live theatre productions, we can now add the short-lived Broadway musical 'Little Women' to Repertory Philippines's roster of outstandingly produced shows.

Constantine Maroulis, ('American Idol' Season 4, Broadway's The Wedding Singer, RENT) reprising his critically acclaimed role as 'Drew', is now joined by Broadway's best 1970's & 1980's period actors Amy Spanger (The Wedding Singer, Kiss Me Kate) as 'Sherrie' and James Carpinello (Saturday Night Fever, VH1's 'So NoTORIous') as 'Stacee Jaxx'.

Mark Jacoby will join two-time Tony Award winning stars Chita Rivera and George Hearn in the Signature Theatre (Arlington, VA) production of The Visit. Signature's four-month celebration of the works of John Kander and Fred Ebb will also include The Happy Time, to star George Dvorsky, David Margulies and Michael Minarik.

The national tour of Little Women, starring Maureen McGovern, will play Chicago from January 24th through February 5th, 2006

A backstage fire at San Diego's Civic Theatre has postponed the launch date of the national tour of Little Women from August 30th to September 2nd

Kate Fisher and Stephen Brian Patterson have been cast in the upcoming national tour of Little Women, which will launch in San Diego on August 30th

The Original Broadway Cast Recording of Little Women is now in stores! The cast signed copies of the CD on May 7 at the Virginia Theater.

Just in time for Mother's Day, the Original Broadway Cast Recording of LITTLE WOMEN THE MUSICAL, starring Sutton Foster and Maureen McGovern will be available in retail stores on May 3, 2005.

Little Women opened on Sunday night, January 23 at the Virginia Theater. The opening night festivities then took place at Tavern on the Green.
