Ghostlight Records has announced that the Original Cast Recording of the new Broadway hit Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, can now be pre-ordered on iTunes, in advance of a Tuesday, April 1st digital release. Those who pre-order the album will immediately receive a special advance track of Jessie Mueller's 'Will You Love Me Tomorrow.' The album, produced by Jason Howland, Steve Sidwell and Billy Jay Stein, with Kurt Deutsch serving as Executive Producer, will be available in-stores on May 13, 2014 and will include a 28-page color booklet with full lyrics, rare and never-before-seen archival and show photos, and liner notes by Beautiful book writer Douglas McGrath. Linda Eder kicked off The Town Hall's (123 West 43rd Street) Eighth Annual Broadway Cabaret Festival on Saturday, October 13th at 8PM, with her new show A New Life. In this special evening, Miss Eder reunited with her Jekyll and Hyde co-stars Robert Cuccioli and Christiane Noll. Taking place over a three consecutive weeks in October, The Broadway Cabaret Festival, will also include Broadway Originals! on Sunday, October 21st at 3pm and The Best of Broadway By The Year on Friday, October 26th at 8PM. The Broadway Cavaret Festival is written and hosted by Scott Siegel for The Town Hall.

BroadwayWorld.com and Broadway Records are co-sponsoring a liner notes essay contest for the new Jekyll & Hyde studio concept recording. Fans will have the opportunity to submit a 250 to 500 word essay for consideration. Five finalists will be chosen by the staff of BroadwayWorld.com in consultation with Broadway Records. Frank Wildhorn, Constantine Maroulis and Broadway Records will select the Grand Prize Winner who will have his or her liner notes essay will be included in the upcoming recording.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post will continue its Fall 2011 season with the first New York joint engagement of the club's founder MICHAEL FEINSTEIN and critically acclaimed vocalist LINDA EDER. The two powerhouse performers will share the spotlight in their show 'Two For The Road.' The evening will feature classics from Harold Arlen, George Gershwin and Sammy Cahn; hits from newer writers like Peter Allen, Joni Mitchell and Michel Legrand; and selections from Michael's upcoming CD The Sinatra Legacy. Music Director Billy Jay Stein will conduct a seven piece band. The show will run September 6 to October 1 at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).
