Flat Rock Playhouse presents one of Broadway's most endearing and successful musicals, Guys and Doll, onstage at Playhouse Mainstage July 25 - August 19. Amidst cops looking for an ever moving illegal dice game, bets made and lost, love found, lost, and found again, Guys and Dolls awards the audience with laughter, great dancing sequences, some wonderful vocal harmony, and the all important happy ending.

American Dance Machine for the 21st Century (ADM21) will present a workshop presentation of four classic musical theater and film dance numbers on Thursday, June 28 at New York City Center, Studio 4 at 6 pm. Each piece has been coached by artists intimately involved in their original productions; numbers from Contact, A Chorus Line, Lovely to Look At and Jerome Robbins' Broadway will be presented. The evening will be directed by Artistic Director Margo Sappington and feature live music with musical direction by Tedd Firth. ADM21 is a new not-for-profit dance company founded by Executive Director Nikki Feirt Atkins, dedicated to creating a living and vibrant archive of classic and current notable musical theater choreography.

Recently, La Jolla Playhouse's world premiere of HANDS ON A HARDBODY, starring Tony Award-nominees Keith Carradine, Hunter Foster and Mary GorDon Murray, previewed their songs in a rehearsal hall, and the production team talked about the show.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation just presented White Christmas, a celebratory holiday cabaret featuring performances by Broadway's brightest stars and talented local BDF performers. Each year hundreds of students receive valuable musical theatre training through BDF programs offered in partnership with Philadelphia's Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.

Christmas will be white in Philadelphia this year when Vicki and Chris Le Vine, along with The Broadway Dreams Foundation, present the second annual White Christmas at Sweetwater Farm and Grace Winery (50 Sweetwater Road, Glen Mills, PA) on Sunday, December 18, 2011.

The Rep's production of NEXT TO NORMAL opened December 6 at the Quadracci Powerhouse in Milwaukee.
