GLEE fever continues to sweep the globe as the show begins premiering internationally. In the video below, a GLEE flashmob breaks out in shopping mall in Madrid aimed at promoting the hit series which will have its Spanish premiere on March 22.

Jane Lynch, who plays the tough-as-nails Cheerios coach Sue Sylvester in the popular hit series 'Glee', is dishing on upcoming guest appearances by Neil Patrick Harris and Molly Shannon, reports Zap2It.com.

GLEE will return to Fox on April 13, 2010 at 9:30pm. The promo machine has officially begun and the first preview photo for the second installment of the hit comedy has been released.

The upcoming GLEE US Tour has added more performances to its Los Angeles and New York stops. In addition to the previously announced performances, GLEE Live! In Concert! will now play Los Angeles May 20th through the 22nd with an added matinee performance on the 22nd at the Gibson Amphitheater. The tour's New York City engagement will now run May 28th through the 30th with an additional matinee performance on the 28th and an added evening show on May 30th.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Neil Patrick Harris will indeed be appearing on GLEE this season. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that he'll be playing a former rival of Mr. Schu (Matthew Morrison) who's come back to town to try to shut down the show choir.

According to Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, the much-anticipated season 1 finale of GLEE will air Tuesday, June 8 at 9 pm/ET. GLEE is currently on hiatus and slated to make its return to the screen on April 13, 2010.

Crown City Theatre Company is staging Thomas Babe's play, 'A Prayer For My Daughter' at the Crown City Theatre in Hollywood. The show has been extended thru March 20. First played at Joseph Papp's Public Theater in New York 1978, this plays bizarre, poetic quality and edgy dialogue make it a play to remember.  The characters display both their masculine and feminine sides as part of a master game of manipulation.  Someone is going down for murder and no one is leaving the precinct.  Not even Detective Kelly, who's daughter may be on the verge of suicide.

Stage star John Barrowman may be the next celebrity guest to grace the set of GLEE - if that actor has his way, that is. According to TV Guide, the actor is currently in talks to guest star on the show as a teacher.

Barnes & Noble Lincoln Triangle (1972 Broadway at 66th Street) will host an evening celebrating the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron on Monday, March 1 at 7:30 p.m. The evening will include a short performance from the show, as well as a discussion featuring Love, Loss, and What I Wore cast members (past and present): Lucy DeVito, Carol Kane and Caroline Rhea. Following the discussion, DeVito, Kane and Rhea will be joined by Ilene Beckerman, author of the best-selling book on which the show is based, for a book signing. The event is free and open to the public.

Broadway actress Idina Menzel is slated to guest on the FOX hit series GLEE once the show returns from hiatus in April. Rumors continue to swirl as to what character she will play with many fans of the show speculating (and hoping) that Menzel will be cast as Lea Michele's mother. In a story item out Sunday, February 28, The Daily News says that Menzel may play Lea Michele's biological mother after all.

With a slew of celebrities on deck for the upcoming return of the Fox hit series GLEE in April, actress Jessalyn Gilsig, who plays Terri Schuester on the show, told People.com that her choice for guest role is none other than iconic entertainer Bette Midler.
