The nominations were announced this morning at a ceremony hosted by Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart and his Aladdin castmates Adam Jacobs and Courtney Reed at Sardi's Restaurant, which were streamed live online, right here!

Earlier today, Adam Jacobs, Courtney Reed and James Monroe Iglehart announced the 82nd Drama League Award Nominees for Distinguished Play, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Best Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and the much coveted Distinguished Performance Award.

The lyricist of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, THE LITTLE MERMAID and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and was lost to AIDS at age 40.
