TUTA Theatre Chicago extends the latest show in its 11th season, The Silent Language, a U.S. premiere, written by Serbian playwright Miodrag Stanisavljevic, translated by Zoran Paunovic, and directed by Artistic Director Jacqueline Stone. The Silent Language, extended by three weekends, will run through Sunday, June 9 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., in addition to Saturday and Sunday matinees at 4 p.m., at TUTA Studio Theatre, 2010 W. Fulton Street. There will be no performances on Saturday, June 1 and will be an added 8 p.m. performance to Sunday, June 2. There is a suggested donation of $25 at the door for adults and $15 for industry/students/children under 18 at all performances. Seating is extremely limited. Reservations are highly recommended. All reservations must be claimed no later than 15 minutes before a performance or they will be released. This show is recommended for children ages eight and up.

Zeljko Djukic, who in 2001 co-founded TUTA Theatre Chicago as Artistic Director, is moving into a new role as Founding Director, with co-founder and longtime TUTA Ensemble Member, Jacqueline Stone, assuming the role of artistic director September 1.
