NBC has announced the renewal of five key drama series for the 2013-14 season: "Revolution," "Chicago Fire," "Parenthood," "Grimm" and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."

Star Wars VII - Return of the Empire' has gotten almost a million views in one week and continues to grow rapidly. Director Sam Macaroni, known for his popular action/comedy youtube videos, has created a world where Disney and Star Wars characters mix seamlessly.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the legendary director, who previously helmed CLOSER and CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR, is in talks to take on the film adaptation of Jonathan Tropper's novel ONE LAST THING BEFORE I GO. J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot is set to produce for Paramount Pictures.

According to Comingsoon.net Walt Disney Pictures and Lucasfilm announced at today's CinemaCon in Las Vegas that they will offer a new STAR WARS film every summer beginning with 2015's STAR WARS: EPISODE VII. The studios will alternate these films with 'standalone' films which will focus on individual franchise characters.

The Producers Guild of America (PGA) announced today the initial slate of speakers confirmed to participate in the 5th annual Produced By Conference (PBC). Director and producer J.J. Abrams, producer Mark Burnett, actor and producer Tom Cruise and producer Gale Anne Hurd will participate as featured speakers joining a prestigious list of acclaimed producers and industry leaders in entertainment and digital media.

In an interview with ETonline, Harrison Ford was asked about his role in J.J. Abrams' upcoming installment of STAR WARS. The actor declined to comment, instead indicating through pantomime that his lips were sealed on the matter. Check out the interview below!
