On August 6th, Variety revealed that 'the extensive work being done to prepare for the technically demanding show, both in the shop constructing the physical production and in the theater where 'SPIDER-MAN' is due to open, is said to have stopped this week.'

Variety reports that the Tony Award-winning revival of HAIR has announced has recouped its investment cost of $5.76 million. The production recouped in less than six months, after opening on Broadway March 31. HAIR began preview performances March 6, 2009.
