Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company continues its 31st Season with the sexy and scintillating Oedipus el Rey, written by MacArthur Genius Grant-winner Luis Alfaro, directed by Michael John Garcés, Artistic Director of Cornerstone Theater Company in Los Angeles, CA.

Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company is pleased to announce that John M. Baker has joined Woolly as the theatre's Literary Manager, and Miriam Weisfeld has been appointed as the theatre's Director of Artistic Development in an organizational change that reflects Woolly Mammoth's holistic approach to new play production.

Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company will remount the company's smash-hit production of Bruce Norris' Clybourne Park from July 21 - August 14, 2011. The entire original cast is scheduled to return for the production, again directed by Woolly Mammoth Artistic Director Howard Shalwitz.

Due to extraordinary audience demand, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company extends its run of In the Next Room or the vibrator play by one week. The show is now scheduled to close on Sunday, September 26.
