The 10th anniversary Vail Film Festival, taking place March 28 31, 2013, in, Vail, Colo., is pleased to announce the complete film line-up for the 2013 Festival.

Hope Davis, best known for her role on IN TREATMENT, has landed the lead female role in CBS' upcoming political drama THE ORDAINED.

Marc Jacobs makes his acting debut in the new film Disconnect. Written by Andrew Stern and directed by Henry Alex Rubin, Disconnect opens in select theaters on April 12th, 2013!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO has decided to pass on James Gandolfini's CRIMINAL JUSTICE pilot. The drama was based on the BBC BAFTA-award winning series from Peter Moffat. It was to be adapted for HBO by Steven Zaillian and Richard Price. Oscar-winning writer Zaillian directed and co-penned the pilot with Richard Price.

Proof, the 2001 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play by American playwright David Auburn will be presented for 8 performances only at the Gene Frankel Theatre (24 Bond Street - between Lafayette & Bowery). Produced by an ensemble of independent New York actors and artists, performances will begin on Thursday, February 21st and continue through Sunday, March 3rd.

Tennessee Williams' Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, starring Scarlett Johansson as Maggie, Ciarán Hinds as Big Daddy, Benjamin Walker as Brick and Debra Monk as Big Mama, directed by Rob Ashford, opened last night January 17, and BroadwayWorld.com was there to capture all of the excitement and glamour of the evening. Principal photography has begun on "After the Fall," starring David Duchovny, Hope Davis, and Timothy Hutton, written by Carroll Cartwright ("What Maisie Knew") and directed by Anthony Fabian ("Skin"). The film is produced by Anthony Mastromauro's Identity Films. "After the Fall" will shoot on location in Connecticut.

As Deadline reported earlier today, David Duchovny, Hope Davis, and Timothy Hutton are set to star in the upcoming film, AFTER THE FALL. The film is written by Carroll Cartwright (WHAT MAISIE KNEW), and directed by Anythony Fabian (SKIN). Identity Films is producing the picture.

Submarine Entertainment announced today that it has sold US DVD/Digital/VOD rights to Cinedigm Entertainment Group to Oscar Nominated Director Liz Garbus's feature documentary film LOVE MARILYN. Submarine previously sold US TV rights to HBO Documentary Films at the Toronto Film Festival and has also sold all Canadian rights to Mongrel Media and Airline Rights to Jaguar Distribution.

HBO Documentary Films has acquired the U.S. television rights to Oscar(R)-nominated director Liz Garbus' feature documentary film LOVE, MARILYN, it was announced today. The film had its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival and a Gala Screening at the Toronto International Film Festival on Wednesday evening.
