Josh Strickland, currently starring in PEEPSHOW and 'Holly's World' on E!, is debuting his second single off his upcoming EP. The song, titled 'Last Dance' was co-produced by Grammy Award winning producer Damon Elliott and by Norwegian pop/dance producer Axident. The single highlights Strickland's amazing vocals accompanied by an addictive and exotic beat.

It seems too early in the competition for the finalists of American Idol to be so universally outstanding. Sure, last night's performances included both highs and lows, and true I'm attached to some of the competitors more than others. Quite frankly, I find it highly unusual that the top 9 are as polished as they are. Perhaps it's a reflection of the show's new mentors and/or judges?

Down to just nine performers, American Idol's remaining contestants have proven week after week that they make up perhaps the most talented bunch of finalists in the show's 10 season history. No complaints there, but such a statistic also means that even excellent performances tonight could warrant a ticket home.

The world premier of the video took place after last night's finale of the hit reality show. 'Report to the Floor' was co-produced by Grammy Award winning producer Damon Elliott and by Norwegian pop/dance producer Axident. Virginia's Tony Award®-winning Signature Theatre has announced the artistic team behind the upcoming world premiere of the musical comedy And the Curtain Rises (formerly known as Wheatley's Folly), which begins performances on Thursday, March 17, 2011. And the Curtain Rises marks the third production presented as part of Signature's groundbreaking American Musical Voices Project, the largest commissioning program for new musicals in the country, following Michael John LaChiusa's Giant in 2009 and Ricky Ian Gordon's Sycamore Trees last year.

The Brooklyn Rundfunk Orkestrata's (BRO) first album, titled 'The Hills Are Alive' borrows tunes from the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical 'The Sound of Music.' The album mashes 'Do Re Mi' with the Jackson Five's 'ABC,' rock-ifies 'The Lonely Goatherd,' and makes 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain' sound R&B.
