The opening production of Square One Theatre's 24th Season is the 'Lively, Provocative and Witty (New York Magazine) play Freud's Last Session by Mark St. Germain. Described as a humorous, insightful character study about psychoanalyst Dr. Sigmund Freud and professor/author C.S. Tonight, October 25th , Goodspeed Musicals will host a private reading of actor Eric Ulloa's new play 26 Pebbles at the McMillan Rehearsal Studio on the Goodspeed campus. The play, by The Most Happy Fella ensemble member Ulloa will feature cast members from Goodspeed's current production for "Fella."
The Lake Worth Playhouse opens its 61st season with a young and vibrant new musical, All Shook Up, a tribute to the life, songs and rock-and-roll style of the music king.
Asolo Repertory Theatre will open its 2013-2014 season with SHOW BOAT, based on the novel by Edna Ferber, music by Jerome Kern and book and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II. This winner of the 1994 Tony Award for best revival features a score of timeless classics, including 'Ol' Man River, 'Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man' and 'Make Believe.' Previews will be held November 12 - 14 and the show will run from November 15 - December 29. Opening night will be held on Friday, November 15 at 8pm.

The announcement was made today by Cara Reichel and Melissa Huber, the Producing Artistic Director and Managing Director of Prospect Theater Company.
Goodspeed Musicals will be holding auditions for instrumentalists on Saturday, November 23rd at the McMillian Rehearsal Studio, in East Haddam, CT. The goal of these auditions is to develop more depth for the Norma Terris Theatre pit. Appointments are being made for bass, guitar, percussion, reed doublers (flute, clarinet & saxophones), trumpet, trombone, violin, cello, French horn and harp players.
