Eighty-Eight Entertainment follows its current presentation of Hershey Felder's AN AMERICAN STORY, now through April 14th at Chicago's Royal George Theatre, with the Chicago Premiere of THE PIANIST OF WILLESDEN LANE, starring internationally-acclaimed storyteller and pianist, Mona Golabek, in a limited engagement at The Royal George Theatre, 1641 North Halsted Street . Previews begin April 19, 2013 and the press opening is Monday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m. The production is adapted and directed by Hershey Felder and based on the book The Children of Willesden Lane by Golabek and Lee Cohen. The Chicago premiere follows successful productions in Los Angeles and Boston.

AN AMERICAN STORY for ACTOR AND ORCHESTRA, will feature a post-show talk-back discussion with creator, composer and star Hershey Felder and Dr. Daniel W. Stowell, Director and Editor of The Papers of Abraham Lincoln, on Saturday, March 16 following the 8 p.m. performance at The Royal George Theatre, 1641 North Halsted. AN AMERICAN STORY tells the story of Abraham Lincoln's final day from the perspective of his doctor, Charles Leale, author of LINCOLN'S LAST HOURS, as well Dr. Leale's original report from 1865, which created an international sensation when it was discovered amongst Lincoln's papers in Washington, D.C. in June 2012. Felder and Dr. Stowell will discuss the historic significance of this discovery, as well as answer audience questions.

SOLO IN THE CITY: JEWISH WOMEN, JEWISH STARS is a solo performance series which will be presented throughout March at Baruch Performing Arts Center. The series will feature seven leading and emerging NYC-based soloists including Sandra Bernhard, Tovah Feldshuh, Judy Gold, and Jackie Hoffman performing one-woman shows and a special opening lecture/film event.
