Elvis Tribute HEART OF THE KING at Dr. Phillips Center Now On Sale

The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts announces tickets on sale for Heart of the King - A Tribute to Elvis at the Bob Carr Theater at 8:00 p.m. January 24, 2015. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Dr. Phillips Center Box Office at 844.513.2014 or by visiting the Box office at 445 Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or online at drphillipscenter.org. Online and phone ticket purchases include handling fees.

Laura Osnes & Santino Fontana Set for A BROADWAY ROMANCE Valentine's Day Concert with New York Philharmonic

Ted Sperling will conduct the New York Philharmonic and vocalists Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana in A Broadway Romance, a one-night-only Valentine's Day concert, Saturday, February 14, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. The program will feature songs from popular musicals ranging from Bernstein's West Side Story and Gershwin's Girl Crazy to Rodgers & Hammerstein's Carousel and Stephen Sondheim's Company, woven together to tell a unified narrative of a romance from beginning to end, from meeting to first date to falling in love to marriage.

Marsha Mason, Kate Baldwin Set for Acting Company's BELL, BOOK AND CANDLE Staged Reading Tonight

The Acting Company will present a staged reading of Bell, Book and Candle, John Van Druten's delightful play about a beautiful witch who casts a spell over a publisher when she finds herself quite smitten. One small problem arises: witches cannot fall in love. The reading is at 7 pm tonight, December 15 at the Pearl Theater, 555 West 42nd Street (10th - 11th Avenues).

Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra Presents Chamber Concert Today

TV, Film and Theatre Stars Set for 'STOCKINGS WITH CARE' Bartending Night, 11/17

New York's television, film and theatrical celebrities will take their place behind the bar at the annual 'Stockings with Care Celebrity Bartending Night' in New York City on Monday, November 17th at Hudson Station Bar and Grill (440 Ninth Avenue between 34th and 35th Streets) from 7pm to 11pm to raise money for the not-for-profit organization. Stockings with Care provides holiday gifts for children whose families live in homeless shelters or are in jeopardy of becoming homeless.

Stefan Haupt's SAGRADA: THE MYSTERY OF CREATION Opens Dec 19 at Film Society of Lincoln Center

The Film Society of Lincoln Center presents Sagrada: the Mystery of Creation on Dec. 9. One of the most iconic structures ever conceived, Barcelona's La Sagrada Familia is a unique and unfinished architectural project designed by the controversial architect Antoni Gaudi in the late 19th century. Stefan Haupt's new documentary Sagrada: The Mystery of Creation celebrates the genius of Gaudi's vision while exploring the continuing work of the thousands of artisans, laborers, and designers as they strive to complete the colossal project.
