Pine Box Theater Company continues its 2012/13 season with the world premiere drama 25 SAINTS by Ensemble Member Joshua Rollins, author of Pine Box's smash hit A Girl With Sun In Her Eyes, directed by Ensemble Member Susan E. Bowen, playing February 16 - March 31, 2013 at the Greenhouse Theater Center Upstairs Studio, 2257 N. Metropolitan Playhouse, Obie Award winner for exploring American culture through theater, hosts The Founder's Festival, the theater's eighth annual Living Literature Festival of performances inspired by the lives and works of the individuals who helped to shape America. The Festival is a collection of eight new works by artists and companies from near and far taking their inspiration from the Founding Father's public and private lives. Kumu Kahua Theatre presents a new drama about three Okinawan sisters, living in Hawai'i, that has been workshopped at Sundance Festival and recognized as a Eugene O'Neill National Playwrights Conference finalist.

Theatre Exile will present the third show of their 16th season with the Philadelphia premiere of The North Plan by Jason Wells. Directed by Exile's own Joe Canuso, of South Philadelphia, and featuring veteran Philadelphia actors Madi Distefano, Dan Hodge, Robert DaPonte, Aimé Donna Kelly, Carl Granieri and Mark Cairns. The North Plan will run from February 13 to March 3, with the official press opening on February 16 at 8pm.

Prolific actor, playwright and screenwriter Charles Busch is set to star in The Peccadillo Theater Company's upcoming staged reading of Sidney Howard's 1926 play THE SILVER CORD Monday, January 14 at 7 PM at Theatre at St. Clement's, 423 West 46 Street (between Ninth & Tenth Ave.) Under the direction of OBIE Award winner Dan Wackerman, the cast will also feature Jessie Austrian (Cymbeline), Molly Camp (The Heiress), Robert Eli (Saturn Returns), and Wesley Taylor ('Smash,' Rock of Ages).
