In theater cities such as New York City, many people begin the evening at a cabaret in an intimate venue before going to a show and dinner. The Cocktail Cabaret, a new live musical revue, is now part of the entertainment scene of Las Vegas. The revue will be performed at the iconic Cleopatra's Barge at Caesars Palace. Las Vegas tourists and locals will be immersed in a new Vintage Vegas revue featuring modern standards and original music.

Broadway Pops International (BPI) presents THE RAT PACK: 100 Years of Frank! in Raleigh, North Carolina at The North Carolina Symphony.

BUFFALO, NY - The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra begins its 2015-16 season on Sept. 16. The season celebrates the 75th anniversary of Kleinhans Music Hall, with masterworks like Beethoven's Eroica Symphony and Elgar's Enigma Variations, guest artists including Jason Alexander andCeltic Woman, and innovative programming such as a three-day festival exploring Aaron Copland's artistic development and concerts blending rock and symphonic music.

Rock of Ages opened on Broadway in 2008 and closed last January after 2,328 regular performances and 22 previews. It is still running strong at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The music in the show is drawn from the glam metal and hair bands popular in the 1980s and it tends to be familiar to the audience who often sings along.
