The hottest stars of film, television and music are scheduled to attend the PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS 2013, to be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, Wednesday, Jan. 9 (9:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.

According to Billboard.com, Les Miserables: Highlights from the Motion Picture Soundtrack has now hit #2 on the Billboard 200 chart, topped only by Taylor Swift's Red album.

According to Showbiz411, country music star Taylor Swift had vied for the role of 'Eponine' in the blockbuster film LES MISERABLES. The news was revealed at a recent party when Les Mis producer Cameron Mackintosh told the site's Paula Schwartz that the young pop star had auditioned for the role.

According to Billboard.com, 'Les Miserables: Highlights From the Motion Picture Soundtrack' is currently No. 1 on the Soundtracks chart, selling 43,000 in less than three full days on sale, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The recording stands at No. 33 on the Billboard 200.

Deadline reports that the film adaptation of LES MISERABLES has earned a whopping $58.6M Worldwide at the box office. The movie grossed $28.3M internationally and has brought in a two-day North American total of $30.3M.

Deadline reports that the highly anticipated film version of LES MISERABLES opened in the top spot on Christmas Day, taking in $18 million at the box office. The film debuted in 2,808 theaters and earned an 'A' CinemaScore from audiences across the country.
