SHN announced today that Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert will be coming to Davies Symphony Hall on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 8pm and Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 1pm as part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The concert will feature a live symphony orchestra performing, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Audiences can relive the magic of the entire film in high definition on a 40-foot screen while the orchestra performs every note of John Williams' unforgettable score to picture live on stage. The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and New Jersey Performing Arts Center announce an additional performance of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in Concert on Saturday, October 28, at 7:30 pm at NJPAC in Newark. Limited tickets are still available for the previously announced October 28 matinee at 2 pm. The NJSO will perform John Williams' unforgettable score from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the second film in the Harry Potter franchise, while the film plays in high-definition on a giant screen.

Now the show will have its world premiere collaboration between TheatreWorks Silicon Valley and Denmark's Fredericia Teater, directed by Scott Schwartz.
